I just wanted to share that this was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at an auto shop. 10/10! Hopefully, I won’t have to be back too often 😂, but if I do, I know exactly where I’m going. Not only did they find the problem with my Jeep, but honestly, it drives better than it did the first day I bought it. I might be exaggerating a little, but truly, I’m so happy with the work! The communication was fast, clear, and extremely helpful. Their diagnostic report was also 10/10. They clearly categorized the recommended repairs by priority, so I knew what needed attention right away and what could wait. Most importantly, I never felt like they were trying to upsell me or recommend unnecessary work. The pricing was very reasonable, and I completely understand that quality work comes with a cost. I’d rather pay to have the job done correctly than cut corners and end up right back where I started. Thank you so much, Main Street Garage! I have a interlock device in my truck for DUI’s . I had to calibrate the device ASAP , i called and not only gave me a great price on my service but answer all my questions and helped me get me back and running in no time ! Highly recommended this place hands down .
